How to Make a Warranty Claim

We’ll assess your claim and may ask you to return the item for inspection.
If the product is confirmed to be faulty and is within warranty, we will:

Offer a refund if repair/replacement is not possible
Return Shipping
Within 30 days of delivery: We cover return postage for confirmed faults.
After 30 days: You may be responsible for shipping the item back unless covered by the manufacturer.
